Rowing Has Never Looked This Good!!

We are settling into the new term with our new catch of budding rowers. Fresher’s are persistently impressing with both performance and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to party. Think a big round of applause is warranted for our senior members for their time and effort to get these guys rolling.

Snoitatini was a time of merriment for all those involved; except for perhaps certain domestic appliance, for which received the wrath of our most stacked rower. Not cool (forgive the pun). The fresher’s certainly gave us seniors a run for their money.

Success has started early in the season, with a comfortable win for Rio at Aberdeen, proving they have remained strong even with a change from their Scottish championship intermediate winning formation of 2008. Also Our new girls Christine and Suzie Winning the  W Nov 2x at the small boats head at Aberdeen. And not to mention a great performance from our fresher’s crews gallantly fending off numerous boats.

Big one at Inverness this weekend. Lots of potential for many of our crews.

Remember guys and girls, Testosterone, and Tiquilla Tuesday for your respective haplotypes next week. Careful with the tequila girls, iv had some bad experiences. Make sure it stays clear of the eyes and nose. Speak to your representatives for more info. Jake and Mike for the guys, and I think its Mhairi for the girls. Hope to see a great turnout.

Well that’s all for now from me.
